You hold full end‑to‑end responsibility for your product and your team, including strategic direction, operational stability, budget management, and team leadership. You own and continuously refine the product vision, product strategy, and the roadmap for all customer data systems across Austria and CEE. Together with your team and stakeholders, you identify and prioritize business and technical requirements, ensuring high-quality delivery.
