Unterstützung nationaler und internationaler Unternehmen bei Unternehmenskäufen und -verkäufen durch die Erstellung fundierter Due-Diligence-Berichte mit Fokus auf personalrelevante Themenstellungen. Selbstständige Erstellung von HR-Analysen mit Fokus auf potenzielle Risiken sowie Identifikation potenzieller Handlungsfelder. Beratung unserer Kund:innen bei der Beurteilung der Qualität bestehender HR-Prozesse und -Strukturen; von Administration und Payroll bis zu Recruiting, Vergütung und Personalentwicklung. Leitung von Projekten zur Analyse und Bewertung HR-relevanter Prozesse, Strukturen und Risiken. Aufbereitung von Ergebnissen für Reports, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen. Selbstständige Abwicklung von Projekten im Sparring mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen.…
