Hiring workers from outside the EU? Publish your vacancies where those candidates already look
Agencies in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and other EU countries can publish their vacancies here for 30 days. On October 26, 2026, 2,298 registered candidates with an uploaded CV told us they need a work permit to work in the EU.
- Each vacancy goes into the personal job feeds of candidates whose profile matches the role.
- Candidates apply directly to you, through your link or email. We do not pass on CVs. For candidates, job search, matched vacancies and applying are free; only optional AI tools and the templates and guides in our store are paid.
- After 30 days you receive a report for each vacancy: how many candidates had it in their feed, how many times its page was viewed, and how many clicks from that page went to your link or email for applying.
- A new agency publishes its first 3 vacancies free for 30 days.
After the free period: €79 per vacancy for 30 days, €300 for 5 vacancies or €900 for 20. Prices in euro, exclusive of any VAT that applies. We invoice once the vacancies are live, not before.

Send us your vacancies
A link or a list with the position, city, salary and how to apply. If you work with a partner agency in the candidate’s country, include it too.
We publish them within one working day
Each vacancy gets its own page on the site and goes into the job feeds of candidates whose profile matches. Candidates apply directly to you: we never pass on CVs.
After 30 days you get a report
For each vacancy: how many candidates had it in their feed, how many times its page was viewed, and how many clicks from that page went to your link or email for applying.
Vacancies in Ireland are published under our employer terms.
Contact candidates directly
Some candidates have chosen to be found by recruitment agencies. We send you their short profiles without names (target job, skills, languages, work permit status), and for the candidates you pick, their email address. We do not share phone numbers.
Only for recruitment or employment agencies registered in the EU or EEA. You never charge a candidate any fee, you say in your first message that you got the contact from NewLuxJob, and you stop if the candidate says no. We email you the full terms before the first contact.
The first 3 contacts are free. After that €12 per contact, or prepaid packages: 10 contacts for €99, 30 for €249. Before you pay for a package we tell you how many candidates match your jobs; package credits are valid 12 months. Prices exclude VAT.
