We are looking for a strategic and people‑centric Senior Lead, People & Culture Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in shaping an impactful and high‑performing organisation. This is a 12‑month parental leave cover, offering a great opportunity to make a meaningful contribution in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will lead the HR work in Sweden, while leading a small, dedicated HR team with two employees supporting several business areas, ensuring that people priorities are closely aligned with local organisational needs.
