🎯 The Role We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is genuinely, deeply convinced that AI is transforming the way software gets built, and who wants to make that transformation happen at Filigran. We are looking for an engineer first. This isn't a "we bought Copilot, please roll it out" role, and it isn't only a tooling or development role either: part of the job is building, part of it is trying things on real work, measuring them and telling teams honestly what works and what doesn't. This is a practitioner role for someone who has already lived this shift, who experiments constantly, who knows what works and what doesn't, and who can bring 60 engineers along on that journey. You will join the XTM Foundation team as Filigran's internal reference on AI-Native engineering.…
