Brevo is transforming all of its operations to become AI native: from customer support to RevOps, including both analytical and operational data consumption. The AI Ops team drives this transformation: it builds and operates AI agents, applications, and the associated tooling, in production. We're looking for a software engineer who can accelerate the rollout of AI Ops initiatives: pragmatic, end-to-end autonomous (from agent code through to DevOps and deployment), and able to hold a whole-system view, not just their own piece of it. Your Impact at Brevo Design, build, and operate AI agents in production (multi-agent architecture: pre-processing, deterministic routing, LLM-as-judge, SOP-driven agents).…
