Responsibilities Own end-to-end recruitment for Alta Ares' Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, with a primary focus on sales hiring across international markets. Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for key commercial roles, including sales, business development, and other customer-facing positions within the defense and aerospace industries. Drive hands-on headhunting to identify, engage and attract high-impact candidates from defense and aerospace companies, including passive candidates in highly specialized talent markets.
