MAIN PURPOSE Lead the Watchmaking activity by defining and implementing the global strategy for the category. This includes expanding the business, enhancing brand awareness and desirability, ensuring profitability and nurturing brand equity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Define category vision and 360 strategy: Define the 5-year vision and strategy for the category, identifying and measuring the Maison’s growth potential (revenue, volume, profit) based on a comprehensive market analysis (consumer & competition insights). Develop the category’s 5-year plan including category-level financial ambitions aligned with Cartier strategy guidelines and targets. Define the positioning of product collections as well as their role and contribution to the Maison.…
