ROLE Voodoo is looking for a Growth Strategy & Operations Manager to sit in the Central Growth Office. You will lead key transversal initiatives, venture projects, and play a central role in achieving our vision to build a growth platform that can successfully scale any mobile product globally. - Become a growth expert: understand growth value chain, user acquisition, creative and monetization needs within a constantly evolving ad-tech ecosystem - Lead high priority projects within Growth, collaborating with teams across Voodoo - Enjoy great autonomy to identify critical problems, analyze root causes, design solutions, and implement them - Design and build leading processes and products - Work on multiple projects in parallel, requiring you to be highly adaptable - Projects you might work…
