The Position As a Lead Controls & Finance Enablement (d/f/m), you will serve as a key partner to the local commercial organization and the broader finance network within Roche Diagnostics. In this role you will be responsible for leading the team of Finance Excellence Partners (FxPs) and autonomously oversee and manage the Sapin 2 controls framework, perform certain controls and furthermore increase organizational financial awareness by acting as key finance advisor.
