The DevOps Platform team builds, maintains and scales the developer tooling platform and infrastructure that hundreds of engineers at Proton rely on daily, across both on-premises and cloud environments. Security isn't an afterthought — it's a core constraint we design around. What you will do: Own and scale CI/CD infrastructure handling tens of thousands of jobs daily and growing — that means capacity planning, runner architecture, and making the platform reliable as load patterns shift in ways that don't follow simple rules Deepen our GitOps workflows built on ArgoCD, from day-to-day operational improvements to more structural work on how we manage cluster state across environments Advance our supply chain security posture — we've made deliberate investments in SAST and artifact…
