We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Process Analyst with a strong background in industrial environments to join our team. This is a unique "succession-track" role. For the first three years, you will focus on the deployment and optimization of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES). As you master the site's digital landscape and build relationships with the local team, you will undergo a mentored transition to succeed our current IT Manager upon their retirement in 2029. This role is perfect for a technical professional who wants to bridge the gap between process engineering and IT leadership.
