Technical Support Specialist - Software & Integrations - BE

À propos de ce poste

At Smappee, we believe energy should be smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable. Our technology helps businesses and individuals understand and optimise their energy consumption while making electric mobility easier. As our solutions become increasingly connected, software and integrations play an important role in the experience of our installers and customers. To strengthen our Customer Service team at HQ, we're looking for a Technical Support Specialist – Software & Integrations. You don't need to know everything about energy management or EV charging from day one. What we're looking for is someone who understands how connected systems work, enjoys troubleshooting and likes helping people solve technical problems.
