Responsibilities – City Expert Communicate with internal teams and external partners to support project goals Create city-level transit data policies based on local market needs and regulations Identify user expectations, data gaps, and transit-related issues Improve transit data models using local knowledge of transportation systems Validate and review updated transit data Edit and maintain different types of transit data Resolve complex mapping and transit data issues Support Program Managers in communication with data providers and partners Conduct field research to verify transit information and user issues Support outage and alert management for assigned cities Manage city-specific data pipelines using internal platforms and basic programming skills Responsibilities – Country Expert…
