⭐️ THE ROLE: PRODUCT LEAD, GROWTH ⭐️ At Alan, everyone is first and foremost an individual contributor. Product Managers at Alan are responsible for going deep on user needs, defining a product strategy, and turning it into a high impact product roadmap. - You'll work closely with designers, engineers and ops to define the right product and implement it. - You'll partner and align with all parts of the business: Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Data. About the Growth area Growth owns everything that happens before someone becomes a member: how prospects find Alan, how they decide we're right for them, and how they start. It runs across two crews. - Conversion: the conversion flows and referral surfaces that turn prospects into members.…
