The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in corporate development (industry or boutique), M&A advisory, investment banking, private equity or consulting. Previous experience with and a solid understanding of the M&A process and key transaction documents (NDA, LOI, DD, SPA, etc.) is also ideal. The role requires excellent interpersonal, communication, and team management skills, and an outstanding technical understanding of finance and valuations. Fluency in Italian and English is essential; additional languages are a plus. Other skills and abilities: Strong analytical and conceptual skills, good strategic thinking and business acumen.
