Within the Operations Department of Eurostar, the Planning & Rostering department is responsible for designing and adapting the commercial transport plan for the Eurostar service and managing the staff (TD, TM, Paris-Nord station personnel) required for its implementation. Here are the main task: 1. Personnel Scheduling: Manage staff orders, adapt service schedules, and provide backup support to ensure coverage in Belgium and Paris. 2. Monitoring & Reporting: Track attendance, validate service logs, update reports, and ensure data accuracy in TAM TAM. 3. Resource Logistics: Manage bookings, transportation, and emergency equipment; coordinate with Co Thalys during crises. 4.
