In this role, you will be mainly responsible for supporting our clients to put Humans@Centre and assist them with managing their Change journeys during (technology) transformations. Next to the change management, we have also a variety of client projects, such as: Skills strategy & strategic workforce management Culture assessments & Leadership development HR transformation Key Responsibilities As a member of the People Consulting team you’ll be part of a team with a wide variety of experiences. In your role as a Senior Consultant focusing on change, you will be expected to Drive projects with a focus on the design and delivery.
