As a SaaS Support Engineer Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in maintaining our SynaptiQ platform and providing first-level support to our clients, as well as assisting with onboarding and with development of new features. Your key responsibilities will be: 1. Client Support and Engagement: Handle first-level support tickets from clients, providing efficient solutions to technical issues and escalating more complex problems to the Senior SaaS Engineer team when necessary.
