Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, order processing, returns, and general support. Resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain satisfaction. Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in CRM software. Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the customer experience. Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and customer service skills.
