Responsibilities Onsite IT/OT support including break/fix for thin clients, IPCs, handhelds, and lab equipment Local hands-and-feet support for global IT teams Troubleshooting automation and production systems (PLC, SCADA, OT networks) Support for software upgrades, patching, and backups in lab/OT environments Incident, problem, and change management (ITIL-based) Compliance with CSV, GxP, and data integrity procedures Participation in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
