ERS Elite is hiring Welders to support high-volume manufacturing operations for a leading transportation equipment manufacturer. This role is responsible for performing MIG welding and fabrication on structural steel and aluminum components used in trailer production. This is a direct-hire opportunity with long-term career growth in a modern manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding (GMAW) on steel and/or aluminum components Weld structural assemblies including frames, crossmembers, and panels Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspect welds for quality, penetration, and compliance with specifications Use hand tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment to prepare materials…
