Position Summary: The Mold Technician is responsible for maintaining the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of injection molds and supporting equipment to ensure uninterrupted production. This position plays a key role in producing quality parts by troubleshooting mold-related issues, minimizing downtime, reducing scrap, and supporting production goals. The Mold Technician is expected to demonstrate strong situational safety awareness, promptly escalate safety concerns, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhances the culture order of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
