Candidates in this role are responsible for the receipt, inspection and distribution of incoming client samples to our New Jersey laboratory. Candidates are expected to be well organized and have some literacy with Microsoft products as they will be tracking sample receipt and progress through testing in the lab. Previous experience with a LIMS system is an advantage, but not a requirement. Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming product samples, verifying accuracy against client sample submission forms and identifying any discrepancies. Accurately log and categorize samples in the sample logbook, create sample acknowledgement form, ensuring proper labeling and systematic tracking. Organize and store samples securely while maintaining accessibility within the laboratory.…
