Field Service Technician - Home Maintenance

No Worry Home is looking for an experienced, highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our growing team. We are only interested in applicants who live in the greater Boston area. This is not a traditional handyman or maintenance position. We are looking for someone with at least 10–15 years of hands-on residential experience — and ideally more — who understands how homes work and has developed the judgment to recognize potential problems before they become major issues. Our technicians don't simply arrive at a home with a list of repairs to complete. A core part of the job is proactively evaluating the home, identifying maintenance needs and potential problems the homeowner may not even know exist, and helping our customers take care of their homes in a thoughtful and preventive way.…
