Pay: $23–$26/hour Schedule: Part time, immediate need 3-7pm Setting: In-home services Help children and young adults build communication, independence, and daily living skills through one-to-one ABA services. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA and receive support from an experienced clinical team. What you’ll do Follow individualized treatment plans during in-home sessions. Teach skills through structured activities and play. Record accurate data so the clinical team can track each client’s progress. Communicate professionally with your BCBA, team members, and families. Attend scheduled sessions, meetings, and training.
