ACCIONA Energía is seeking a Renewables Technician to support daily operations at our 100 MW EcoGrove Wind Farm and 100 MW High Point PV Facility in northwestern Illinois. This role involves maintaining wind and solar systems, ensuring safe and efficient operations across both technologies. Job Description Key responsibilities: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on wind turbines, solar arrays, battery storage systems, and substation equipment. Conduct electrical switching operations on equipment with voltages up to 345kV. Inspect, test, and monitor site equipment to identify and resolve abnormal conditions. Support Root Cause Analyses for equipment failure investigations. Adhere to all safety protocols, conduct safety analyses, and participate in emergency response training.…
