Maintenance Supervisor

About this job

Coordinate and perform refurbishments and repairs in apartment and common area. Assist in the supervision of landscaping maintenance. Coordinate the removal of garbage and trash for the property. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes, safety standards, OSHA, EPA fire and health safety codes and understand roll in the Safety & Disaster Plan. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Maintenance Department budget. Maintain inventory controls. Ensure that department staff adhere to all company uniform and grooming standards. Maintain a positive working relationship with contractors and vendors as well as with residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.…
