Facilities Technician

About this job

Respond promptly to facility-related work orders, troubleshooting issues, and resolving them effectively to reduce downtime. Assist in equipment installations, moves, and general facility modifications. Monitor and maintain building infrastructure including restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and office space to ensure cleanliness and functionality. Work closely with contractors and vendors during repairs or project work; escort and monitor as needed for safety and compliance. Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs for equipment and work performed. Support workplace safety initiatives by identifying hazards and ensuring equipment and tools meet safety standards. Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and basic groundskeeping duties as needed (site-dependent).…
