The Maintenance Supervisor is accountable for installing and maintaining machinery and equipment in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner, performing facilities management including facility maintenance (office, production and grounds) and selection and coordination of vendors, skill training, leading the maintenance team and ensuring compliance with company and government regulations. Supervises day-to-day maintenance of production machinery, auxiliary manufacturing equipment as well as the building and grounds. Informs the Manufacturing Manager of any unresolved issues. Directly supervises and coaches maintenance technicians of varying levels and skill sets, including training and development, performance management, making recommendations for hiring, etc.…
