About this job

The Facilities Technician performs fabrication, installation, maintenance, and major repairs between our Auburn Hills, Michigan laboratories. They maintain the operation of all building equipment, accessories, and components. Responsible for various duties in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), building automation, mechanical, chemical, electrical disciplines, and pollution control. Responsible for all facility-related preventative maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, and emergency equipment. Supervises building maintenance and security in the absence of management. Acts as Facilities contact for all contractor projects, scheduling, project coordination, certificates of insurance, and safety clearance protocol.…
