The Facilities Technician supports the day-to-day operation, maintenance, safety, and functionality of an approximately 95,000-square-foot facility and warehouse. This hands-on role works closely with the Facilities Manager and team to maintain a safe, clean, reliable, and professional workplace. What you will do Facility Operations & Maintenance Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance throughout offices, warehouse, labs, common areas, and exterior spaces. Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs involving electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, doors, locks, walls, ceilings, flooring, furniture, and other building systems. Identify issues requiring specialized or licensed contractors and coordinate service as needed.…
