The FIP Process & Shipping Specialist is responsible for the setup, operation, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting of Formed-In-Place (FIP) gasket equipment while also supporting production planning, material coordination, and shipping activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring FIP-processed components are produced accurately, meet quality requirements, and are available according to production and shipping schedules. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to independently coordinate information, materials, production priorities, and shipping requirements across multiple departments.
