POSITION SUMMARY The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The incumbent is also responsible for the performance of the following types of maintenance work: 1) electrical, 2) HVAC, 3) carpentry 4) painting and 5) mechanical.
