In this position... The MOS Implementation Leader is a Leadership Level 6 (LL6) site-based role responsible for driving full deployment and sustainment of the Global Maintenance Operating System (GMOS) across an entire assembly plant, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. This role owns MOS implementation across all five business units on site (Body Construction, Paint, General Assembly, Stamping, and Powertrain/Chassis, or the equivalent site-specific unit structure), ensuring one consistent maintenance strategy, one Maximo standard, and one reliability culture across the entire facility.
