As a Lead Technician on SpaceXAI's power generation team, you will lead the technician crew for on-site generation that powers high-density AI supercomputing facilities in the Southaven / Memphis area. You will work across plant, process, and electrical systems — gas turbine packages, balance-of-plant, fuel gas and fluid systems, and medium-voltage electrical through 34.5 kV. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform and lead operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across plant mechanical, process/fluid, and electrical systems, including gas turbines and generators, balance-of-plant equipment, fuel gas, water, compressed/instrument air, HVAC and cooling, and plant electrical systems up to 13.5 kV / 34.5 kV Serve as the working technical lead on assigned jobs, shifts, and outages: sequence…
