AS NON-DESTRUCTIVE EXAMINATION TECHNICIAN YOU WILL: Accomplish specific goals to address Safety, Delivery, Quality, Cost of Operations, and Training. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment in accord with company policies. Produce quality products and eliminate the cost of non-conformance. Continuously improve performance by implementing lean initiatives such as waste elimination, kanbans, pull production, continuous flow, 6-S and TPM. Troubleshoot problems in the product and resolve product and manufacturing process problems as needed, utilizing resources (Engineering, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Marketing, etc.) as necessary. Obtain and maintain all required certifications including qualification and testing in accordance with FMP2J1.…
