Support all safety protocols in plant Responsible of all the process audits such as: -5S. -Respect of the product -QRAP board -Quality standards - First piece article (FPA) -All other quality related paperwork on production lines. Use and understand gauges, callipers, digital indicators, feeler gauges, etc. Support gauge calibration with lab (Identify those equipments that are out of calibration or prox to expire) Monitor scrap and other defects during your shift & support reactivity of issues. Launch and coordinate sorting activities and train others to perform a sorting. (good part / bad part) Support Quality Engineer with additional activities Make sure Helium mapping/Energy mapping is completed 100% at the end of the shift Use boundary samples to verify if parts are OK.…
