Maintain all facility equipment including, compressors, chillers, HVAC units, exhaust & supply fans The Facilities Team Leader reports directly to the Facilities Supervisor and is responsible to provide communication and reporting of the Department progress/results in achieving divisional goals, and the regular operation of the department. Establishes and maintains effective communications/interaction with all Departments, including but not limited to engineering, quality assurance, production, HR and material control support groups to achieve established targets. Conducts all business activity in a professional manner consistent with the positive leadership practices of building trust, empowerment, and competitiveness, with emphasis on personal responsibility.…
