On-Site (5 days) Location: Thermo King – Bloomington, MN Reports To: Facilities and Maintenance Manager Job Description: Position Summary: As the Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor, you will manage a team of technicians within a union environment and oversee all maintenance and facilities activities for the Bloomington facility. Your primary goal is to ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment and building infrastructure. This role serves as the primary point of contact for external vendors and contractors, manages the preventive maintenance (PM) program, and drives continuous improvement in maintenance and facility operations.
