GENERAL JOB DUTIES Ability to resolve support calls within the defined SLA. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner. Provide technical support to end-users, including diagnosing and resolving technical problems. Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security. Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures. Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing. Conduct floor-level training on new equipment. Flexible Shift – Based on Department Manager’s needs.…
