What You’ll Do Disassemble and restore seat assemblies Repair or weld seat frames and springs Install new seat covers Remove and install convertible tops Install weather stripping, spring kits, and hydraulic components Adjust convertible tops and side glass for proper fit Create custom templates for trunk and interior work Work with the team and move between tasks as needed What We’re Looking For 5+ years of automotive upholstery experience Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Problem-solving mindset and adaptability Commitment to safety and quality Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Woodworking experience Template design using cardboard or similar materials Custom interior…
