The Production Technician Lead I will work in a high performing and fast-paced pharmaceutical finishing operation in order to meet our production requirements while maintaining the utmost focus on safety and quality. He or she will support equipment set ups, and equipment troubleshooting across all three value streams. He or she will be expected to contribute to and build a team environment by leading and working with his or her peers daily. Goals and objectives are to assist peers with troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and equipment set ups. This individual will also have the skills and knowledge to cross over and assist the maintenance team with troubleshooting and performing maintenance related tasks.…
