Our housing maintenance technician provides maintenance for employee housing while ensuring compliance with state rules and regulations. You will: 1. Inspect multiple housing units following a comprehensive facility maintenance checklist; perform preventative maintenance repairs 2. Respond to maintenance work orders; troubleshoot and perform minor electrical, carpentry, and plumbing services 3. Collaborate with tenants to review and resolve open maintenance issues 4.
