Exterior Lighting and Signage Sr Technician

The purpose of this job is to: Focus on diagnosing and repairing Exterior Signs & Lighting work orders. Identify potential and existing problems with electrical signage and lighting, provide analysis and investigation of issues, and determine the best solution for needed repairs (including but not limited to ballasts, lamps, sockets, switches, fixtures and involving voltages from 120 to 480 volts)3. Follow proper lockout/tagout procedures and safety protocols when working on electrical or mechanical systems. Complete service appointments, accurately insert notes, and communicate with facility maintenance for all repairs and installs. Ensure timely completion of service appointments. Respond to service requests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair based on warranty and industry standards.…
