Test Technician

About this job

As a Test Technician, you’ll work across a wide range of hardware validation activities, supporting thermal, mechanical, and electrical testing. This is a hands-on role where you’ll set up equipment, integrate hardware, run tests, inspect test articles, troubleshoot issues, and communicate results to engineering teams. Your Charter: Execute safe, repeatable, and high-quality hardware testing that gives engineering teams clear evidence of product performance, reliability, and failure behavior. You’ll own the hands-on details of test execution, from preparing equipment and fixtures and integrating the Device Under Test through monitoring, teardown, inspection, data collection, and reporting. You’ll also help keep the lab ready and improve test setups as programs and requirements evolve.…
