HEAVY FLEET MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (STARSHIP) The Heavy Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of technicians supporting Starship and Super Heavy fleet operations. This role is the primary on-site driver of hour-by-hour and day-by-day progress for critical heavy-lift and transport activities that enable fleet readiness and vehicle movements. The Supervisor takes requests from engineering and various fleet owning teams and executes by building, retaining, and managing a high-performing team; allocating labor and fleet assets; prioritizing repairs and critical path needs; and owning maintenance based operational metrics.…
