Inspect incoming components/materials in line with pre-defined inspection plans; use appropriate hand gages and equipment as required for individual part inspections Use a CMM machine to run pre-developed programs to inspect incoming material requiring CMM inspection; enter quality data into the proper database to demonstrate the inspection has been successfully completed Record non-conformance data in the applicable database and provide feedback to appropriate personnel when required; electronically transfer material according to its acceptance or rejection status The essential requirements of the job include: Must have a strong mechanical part inspection background with multiple years’ experience Ability to read and comprehend part prints with a general understanding of GD&T fundamentals…
