About this job

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading all machine maintenance and reliability activities across the plant (excluding site facilities), supporting plastics processing (injection molding, blow molding, automation/robotics), CNC machining, instrument assembly, centrifuge assembly, and final test operations. This role ensures equipment reliability, minimizes unplanned downtime, and drives a transition from reactive maintenance to a structured, proactive maintenance system. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Manufacturing/Process Engineering and is part of the Beckman Coulter Life Science Manufacturing located in Indianapolis, IN and will be an on-site role.…
