Job Description Operational Quality Technician Objective Support manufacturing operations by driving quality at the source through process verification, shop-floor problem solving, risk identification, and corrective action implementation. Ensure production processes consistently produce conforming products by focusing on process inputs, adherence to standards, control of critical process parameters, and continuous improvement of manufacturing performance. Scope Serves as the primary quality representative within manufacturing operations, working directly with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams to monitor process effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and support sustainable corrective actions.…
